The count number refers to the softness of the fitted sheets, with a higher count meaning finer and more threads are used. The average satin fitted sheet is 200 count, while Auping fitted sheets are 300 count, making them extra soft and giving the weave a lovely subtle shine. The elastic band at the bottom makes sure the fitted sheet fits your mattress seamlessly.
