In 1945, the architect Lian Pontes de Carvalho invented the racket game with the appealing name ”Frescobol”. The idea was a Brazilian equivalent of tennis, minus the competitiveness. Instead of winning at all costs, the essence of this game is cooperation. There are no winners or losers. The only goal is to keep the ball in the air together as long as possible.
This set includes 2 easy-to-grip rackets, elegant wood handles, and a colored ball to keep the game going. A striped cloth bag is also included for carrying the rackets in style.
