The station table clock was born in 1939, when Arne Jacobsen was given the task of developing a table clock for the electricity producer LK. With respect for the original drawings and Arne Jacobsen’s uncompromising approach to design, the table clock has been updated with the necessities of the modern alarm clock, such as lights and snooze for the alarm. Both parts are triggered without contact via an invisible sensor on top of the watch. This version of the watch in burgundy and gold is typical of the time then, but also holds it to this day.
