For Pritzker Prize-winning architect Jørn Utzon, his father’s naval engineering drawings prompted a lifelong fascination with ships. Such interest is illustrated in Utzon JU1, a pendant with a distinctive collared shape and sharp lines that echo the industrial silhouette of a ship.
